Welcome to Wonderland... this Old Hollywood home was recently transformed into an earthy and yet still glam sanctuary for her owners. With a new modern and sophisticated look, this remodel and redesign incorporated bespoke and custom walnut millwork with sage green cabinetry in the kitchen accented by flagstone floors and tambour touches. This design also used suede wallpaper and brass lighting fixtures including a sleek dining pendant from 1stdibs for a pop of golden warmth that illuminates the herringbone oak wood floors below. The new plaster fireplace in the living room creates a cozy corner to relax and soak up the beautiful Laurel Canyon hills while faux ceiling beams were added for architectural interest. Both bathrooms were fully transformed with fresh tiling, fixtures and cabinetry throughout including a sumptuous steam shower and marble mosaic floor in the master bath - the perfect place to unwind and refresh after a long day in LA.
